Application process

Our application process is divided into five stages. This means we can guarantee that we will evaluate each application individually and fairly, and we promise to get back to you within five working days. We aim to treat everyone as equals, which is very important to us - not only do you apply to us, we also apply to you as an employer.

 

1. Inform Yourself

Are you looking for a new job, new tasks and a new employer? Then feel free to browse through our current job advertisements. Even if you don't find a suitable candidate, we look forward to receiving a meaningful application from you!

 

2. Receipt

After we have received your application, we will examine your cover letter, curriculum vitae and other important documents and assess how suitable your application is to our job advertisement. Here, the career and the necessary qualifications play a decisive role. We also deal intensively with an unsolicited application and check an offer on our part.

 

3. Interview

If we conclude that you have passed the first hurdle, we will invite you for an interview. Getting to know each other is irreplaceable in order to get to know each other better and to understand which personalities are hiding behind the paper. But not only the people are important - we are also happy to show you our work and take you into our world.

 

4. Assessment

After the interview, we give you and us the opportunity to reflect again and evaluate whether a collaboration is desired. Would you like to give us another closer look at your previous work? Then you are welcome to give us a few references that we may contact. We would be glad.

 

5. Employment

You and we can imagine working together - great, then we'll be happy to offer you the position and send you the relevant contract papers, which we'll discuss together again. After signing, we will work together to ensure a smooth start.

We maintain our job advertisements so that all advertisements shown are still up-to-date. Therefore they do not have a date. If a position is filled, we remove the corresponding advertisement.
